Across his career, Donald has advised and built concepts for iconic brands including Nike, Puma, Reebok, Levi’s Dockers, Coca-Cola Clothing, Warnaco, Sears, Saks Fifth Avenue, Marshall Fields, and Dillard’s. He is credited with creating MeronaSport, recognized as a foundational athleisure and street activewear brand, which scaled before acquisition and later became a multi-billion-dollar powerhouse at Target. He also co-directed the design of Coca-Cola Clothing with Tommy Hilfiger, growing the brand to $180M in three years, and designed the Puma “cat jumping” logo, now a globally recognized symbol.

Donald later launched Nūspört, a premium resort and lifestyle brand distributed through Saks, luxury five-star resorts, destination spas, and private clubs, and led private label development for Saks Fifth Avenue while reimagining legacy labels such as Bullock & Jones, American Eagle, and Eddie Bauer.
